The Everpure EV997571 Details:

Keep your water clean and lengthen the life span of your water-based equipment with this Everpure EV9975-71 EZRO 650/30GATM reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis system reduces total dissolved solids in your water, which purifies the water within your operation. By removing the total dissolved solids, you'll be reducing scale and corrosion problems that can arise from water hardness and chlorides. It can clean up to 650 gallons of water per day and can store up to 30 gallons within the included atmospheric tank. When it comes to combi ovens and steamers, this system is an ideal solution where reverse osmosis is expected in order to comply with manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

A proprietary filtration design effectively decreases the growth of bacteria, reduces sediment, and chlorine to increase the product life of the reverse osmosis system. The surprisingly compact design enables this device to be installed under counters or tighter spaces. Everything needed for installation is provided, including tubing, fittings, and mounting hardware. This system is designed to operate with a water pressure between 50 and 100 PSI. The water temperature should remain between 40 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The sealed atmospheric tank has an electronic pump for water delivery, which requires a 115V connection. This simple-to-install reverse osmosis system offers expandable options so that it can accommodate your business' changes and growth.

Snaps closed fast! I do like this thing though because the shelf is very stable and breathes well. HOWEVER it snaps shut very fast and very securely. The hooks were a little strange to install but once you get it set up it holds up well. I like the fact it collapses and hides away. Really great for a laundry room or a place you need a temporary shelf. Excellent and heavy weight material

great tuck-in shelf, though screws should be higher vs lower for stability
I'm really glad I got this little sweater drying rack. I love that it folds up against the wall to hardly take up any space at all. You do have to open and close it carefully b/c it can snap back very quickly and could pinch fingers or catch something else if there was anything hanging near it. The only other thing I don't love about it is that the screws are on the lower end of the frame so it is top-heavy and hangs forward. I screwed the screws in all the way to the drywall studs which we hammered flat against the wall and this still leans forward. It doesn't lean enough that something would slide off or anything but it doesn't look good when hanging out and forward. I definitely wouldn't use it as a display or storage shelf as it is pictured in one of the pictures in the listing. Even with that frustration though, I only took off one star as I'm overall very happy with the whole idea of this and it does work well and serve its purpose. I'm glad I got it.

I like this little collapsible drying shelf for my laundry room. It is compact and a great space saving shelf. I am always hunting for spaces to flat dry clothes where they wont be accessed by my toddlers or cat or dogs and this is a great solution for one off items that need flat drying.
